Ta, those are my own graphics that i made, i wasn't that keen on the factory originals so made my own. They still come with the normal ones.

I did route the cables under the shock, but the cable rub on the seat tube started so i switched back.

If they had the cable tabs on the top of the 'seat stays' it'd work though, the cable rub is from where the cable has to come out and go to the underside of the 'seat stay'.

Kiwihardtail, use your head. An HDR photo with a moving object just requires that only one of the pics has the moving object. not that hard. Take a photo of the scene, take one with the rider, then another after of the bare scene. Lay them up HDR style. Thats why the dynamic range on the rider is less noticeable.

Nice pic, but too heavy on the HDR, the range on the clouds is too large. Bright sunshine with almost black sections..... too much.

Jonesy, hi, i have a pair of '08 Totems, in white. I have a full coil conversion in there at the moment, but they were Solo Air and still have the full system components to put right back in. They have been coverted and serviced by TFTuned just 6 weeks ago and are in perfect working order with cosmetic scratches on the lowers.

I'd swap them and cash for the 40's?

I'm in North Devon and can travel if need be.

Thanks and Regards

Jay

Ahhh, i see!! Its the blur tool he used that makes the thing look like a composite image, where the bush to the right of the lander is blurred but the landing isn't, make sit look like the earth is in mid air, but its just covered by the bush in front.
I take it back, its not as much compositing as i thought. Still, less blur tool next time bro.

And why the hell didn;t you just post that video ^^^ as proof before?

eli902902 i'm glad someone else mentioned this.

Brycerink - So thats just some good old gravity defying earth hanging in mid-air to the right of the landing - above a dirt jump(?), and a kicker taking off on the left into the underside of the drop structure.

I think you need to take your 12-year old-esque photoshop skills elsewhere. You can see the Jpeg artifacts and the sharpening effect around the trees where you've masked the rider.

Everyone who bought this should be ashamed of themselves. Post the original pic/s if you want to scrape back any respect.

I'll be honest Daz, as well finished as it is, it looks horrible, why is the landing ramp so tapered, should be wide. and whats with the step-down landing, is that not going to be a bit trubulent?

Hey Dean, Jay here from TTFreeriders... How long are you leaving the Nitromors?

If you scuff the paint up FIRST, with Wet'n'dry, / wire brush, THEN paint on the Nitromors, it'll be able to get in under the paint and dissolve it better.
Needs to be left a while to really work, and often done 2 or 3 times if the frames well painted.

Might help....? Also worth seeing if you can find out what type of paint it is, Powdercoating or spray, Enamel or cellulose etc. I have no idea whether Nitromors will effectively remove Powdercoat(???)

Awful jump, what the f*ck was the builder thinking, a run-up like that, a fair sized kicker, and almost no transition/landing. If someone built that in our ark, they'd get sacked.

What DOES make you cool then...?

It certainly doesn't involve posting on Pinkbike that's for sure...!

Personally i'm pretty convinced nothing MAKES you cool, its just a by-product of getting on with your life, being decent and NOT trying to be cool - shame SO many people get that wrong.

Nice action pic, but i think it lacks any visual context. ie. its hard to tell if horizon is horizontal in the pic, or whether its taken at an angle - the background is blurred (necessary to get focus on the rider i know) which make sit hard to define the context of the rider; ie, is he leant right over or is the land really steep.etc.
Context allows the viewer to relate the rider to his surroundings and better judge the performance in those conditions. My only gripe.
Good pic though. Here come the negative props for constructive criticism......

hue/saturation tool? ha ha!!!

Thats almost definitely HDR photography and probably was done in photoshop. I still just do not understand why people ridicule others for using photoshop. You'd be hard pushed to find any professional photographer who doesn't, it doesn't make a bad photographer good!!! It just a great tool. And it looks like it been used here to create a HDR photo, where 2 or more pictures taken at different exposures, have been combined to create a photo which covers a larger dynamic range (read; lighting) than is possible in just one photo. (HDR = High Dynamic Range) It looks great and is hard work to get right.

So huge props for doing it well, sick photo and sick riding!! POD.

To all the haters out there, especially those all the idiots that posted above.

POD means 'Picture Of the Day', not 'trick of the day' or 'crazy drop of the day'.

So get your heads out of your a55es and grow up.

...and to you crankworx... "its just a guy in some woods", i don't know if you noticed, but he's on a bike!

So it's a beautiful picture of a guy riding. That what POD is about. Talk about narrow minded

I agree, and don't know why your comment has got negative props. Anyone with a remote knowledge of digital photography can tell that that pic is a collage of 2 or more shots as the exposure levels are different in different parts of the photo. The rider is well balanced and bright but the park is much in lower light, and the sky would have to have been taken with a different shutter speed again than. Its not a criticism, it takes a lot of skill to do it well, and this is a great example.

Like foxsco said. Great rider, great photoshop skills.
Why people think this is an unsult i will never know, pretty much every photo you ever see in the media is photoshopped in some way.

Definite POD.
I'll add great photograher!
